The Pros of taking online surveys is that generally the surveys are very easy to do if you have some spare time available. You will get an email stating what the survey is about and also how much it is paying when completed.

Once you have been with a site for a while, you will be offered higher paying surveys that will take up less of your time. This allows you to earn more money for less of your time, meaning more money overall.

Another benefit is that if you do your homework and join a reputable site, like the two listed above, you will be paid for your time and effort. It is true that there are many scam websites out there, where you do not get paid. It is always an idea to read up on sites you are looking to join.

However the cons are that to begin with the money can and often is quite pitiful. Each survey to begin with is likely to cost you around 30 minutes of your time in exchange for $0.20- $2.00. This really is quite low and considering that the surveys are often quite monotonous, you may feel like you are putting in the time but not getting enough rewards.

• Be prepared to only be paid small amount to begin with- That is like anything!
• It is advisable to join a few sites because this can maximize your earning potential.
• Be realistic in how much you want to earn and do not expect to earn stack loads because it just won’t happen!
