Blogosphere is turning out into a huge market with lots of new blogs entering the sphere everyday. Actually the number of blogs is getting doubled every six months and that’s quite significant. To make your well a well recognized one you have to work really harder. Here I have written few tips which will help you to blog in a much smarter way. Here are the 5 blogging tips that will make you a better blogger.

1. Write what you know

First think what topics you know well or at least up to some extent. Don’t think that you can suddenly go on and on about the economy when you don’t even know how to write a cheque. If you’re passionate about cars, gadgets whatsoever you can write about that. Why to write? You can even post photos and videos. If you have really got some funny pics then it’s going to go viral over the net. Many photo bloggers are there and they are doing a great job. So if not interested in writing? No problem. Put your pen down and take your cam.

2. Be Yourself

Readers want to know you as a blogger, you voice and that’s going to separate you from everybody else there. There are millions of bloggers and everybody is different so long they are able to present themselves as themselves. In your blogging journey you visit many blogs and copying here and there is inevitable but always try to restrict it. Initially before many years when blogging started bloggers tried different ways and many started with personal blogging telling what they do and they have really succeeded. One such blog is Dooce.com by Heather B. Armstrong, an American blogger. Armstrong started her bog in February 2001 and a year later she got fired from her job for writing about people in her workplace. This news got popular over magazines, newspaper, net and her blog traffic skyrocketed. She writes everything that happens in her life with a humorous touch and that’s the reason for her blog to get huge traffic all these years.

3. Its going to live forever

Remember that the content you’re going to create is going to stay on net forever. If you’re upset or emotional then that’s not the time to post anything because you may regret later about the things that you posted. Just keep in mind that once you press the publish button you can’t take it back. Even if you delete the post someone else could have picked up the text, copied it or something like that. So be little careful. So keep yourself cool, have a cup of coffee by the side and write a 1000diggs post.

4. Sketch a Schedule

You can post once in every three weeks. Oh that’s little too much. Posting once a week is well and good. Just make it a part of your routine. Posting everyday is little difficult for job goers but if you make it somehow then that’s excellent. If you’re not consistent in posting then you may gradually lose your readers even if the posts are interesting. Hope it’s interesting.

5. Decide your target audience

Decide whether you want to write a blog for yourself or you want it to write for readers. May be both. If you write it for yourself and you don’t want your name to be public then you use your pen name. But when you write for others decide what type of person you want to read your blog. Then give your best to satisfy that group of audience. When you write for your readers maintain a good relationship by replying back to their comments and tweets.
